(Paranormal) Sleep Paralysis Nightmares & Demonic Activity: A Guide to Reversal

I've noticed a sharp growth in the prevalence of occurrences, just in the past few years, of people stating they have experienced some sort of sleep paralysis episode or demonic attack during sleep. As someone who has personally experienced these for the past few years, I know how intense, troubling and terrifying they can be, along with how helpless they may make you feel.

Just in the recent years, there has also been a steep incline in the amount of occult material available for this generation of teenagers and young adults, which accompanied by their lack of faith, knowledge of the true supernatural through God, and openness, or perhaps even willful encouragement of experience can breed destructive, demonic attacks in their lives.

New age spiritualism has played a major role in this outlook, encouraging people to delve into and explore the realms of the liminal mind (or, space between wakeful consciousness and deep subconcious) via lucid dreaming, astral projection, hypnosis, and other means of divination or spiritualism (that of which are specifically forbidden in the Bible). This has been noted to be directly linked to spiritual/demonic attacks, like those that present themselves in vivid nightmares and sleep paralysis.

The most obvious way to go about handling this issue is to simply not ever get involved in them, never eating their forbidden fruit.

...But what happens if we already did because we didn't know or we were curious? The first thing to note is that, upon honest confession, God will help you. There are ways to go about fighting off these demons that have been written in the Bible, some of which include:
-remaining in continual prayer to God, praying about the issue in particular
-calling out to Jesus
-turning from the behaviors that caused these issues to manifest
-praying for new life, and new things to do from God; a new place to belong

Along with these, one will need to directly combat the demons attacking one's life force, via
-rebuking the evil spirit
-calling upon Christ to remove it
-saying "the power of Christ compels you" over and over again tends to yield some phenomenal results, as well (couldn't hurt)
